Golf Fairways, Hillsides & Oak-Influenced Open Space
The official HOA describes Westridge as surrounded by rolling hills, paseos and an oak preserve. Established local real estate research further describes approximately 800 acres of rolling hills and a roughly 150-acre oak-preserve area associated with the Westridge setting.
Those features matter because Westridge lots are not interchangeable. Some homes face the course, others look toward hills or city lights, and some sit deeper inside conventional neighborhood streets where privacy and quiet matter more than a view.
View is a property-specific feature.
Do not assume a neighborhood name guarantees golf frontage, mountain views or open-space exposure. Verify the exact lot, orientation and nearby land use.
